Why select FFKM O-Rings
FFKM O-rings are exceptionally resistant to degradation by aggressive fluids and gases. They retain sealing force from -10°C to +260°C in most grades, and specialist compounds can operate beyond 300°C when the application demands extreme service temperatures.
The chemical and heat resistance of FFKM is similar to PTFE, yet it combines those benefits with the elastic behaviour of an FKM O-ring. That means users get PTFE-level compatibility plus the flexible compression set performance that elastomer seals deliver.
FFKM O-rings offer resistance to almost all chemicals, including inorganic acids, alkalines, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and hot water. They are trusted anywhere aggressive chemical environments, mixed media or rapid thermal cycles are present.
